Company principles:
A. Price term:
FOB Shenzhen based on full container load per shipment.
If less than full container, extra fee USD150-300 will be charged.
B. Sample order term:
Sample is not free.
The shipping cost for sample we don’t charge.
C. Payment terms:
1) 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance to shipment.
If order amount is less than USD5000.00, full payment by T/T.
2) By Irrevocable L/C at sight, to be issued immediately against confirmed order.
If the order amount is less than USD20,000., all L/C charge are for buyer’s account.
3) Payment Methods: By bank, By West Union, By monebooker, By PayPal.
D. Gurantee for products:
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped safely, correctly, in fast time
and in perfect conditions. Should you be unsatified in any respects, please refer to following Products Gurantee tems:
1) Please nofify us within 7 days of receipt of your order: the quantity is not correct, and items is not right; there is damages during the shipment.
2) Please inform us within 60 days after your receive the products: the products have some maufacturing faults or defects, or any other quality problems.
For Electronic products(such as MP3, MP4, etc.), our gurantee time can be as long as 1-2 years. But this is not valid for Hobby and RC toys.
For above problems, we guarantee to repair the fault or provide a replacement – if applicable and in our validate guarantee time,but freight charges will not be in our account.
Please note:
It is your resposibility to make sure that the items are received saftely and without any further damage. Please also note that we cannot be held resposible for any damages due to importers’ problems, such as crash damages, wrong using, etc.
